Homes listed are active listings in the Charlottesville/Central Virginia region and have either "EarthCraft" "Energy Star," "LEED" or "sustainable" in the remarks. There is no efficient way to search for green homes in the Charlottesville MLS, so this is the best workaround I have developed.
