Moving to the Charlottesville area? One of the primary misconceptions of the Charlottesville is that "Charlottesville" typically is used to describe the entire Central Virginia region. Central Virginia is comprised of Charlottesville, Albemarle, Greene, Fluvanna, and parts of Louisa and Nelson Counties. I heard it said that the City of Charlottesville is half the geographical size of Dulles International Airport.

So - keep an open mind. Besides commute time to the City Center, one of the greatest differentiators between the localities is the school systems. Do your due diligence. We can help.

The transition from my domain name and website of the past four or five years to this one is probably going to have to happen sooner rather than later. For the past several days and weeks, the service provider for jduncanrealestate.com has been spotty and inconsistent at best. And it has been down for the past day as well.

So now, I am in the initial phases of repointing all addressing information to this site. I have routed all of my jduncanrealestate.com mail through google and that seems to be working quite well so far.
