Why Choose a Realtor who blogs?
December 17th, 2006Simple. A Realtor who blogs (see my main blog and my first community blog) tends to be more aware of the local, national and international real estate trends.
If you want to know about the Charlottesville or Crozet real estate markets, there is a good chance that I have written about them at some point. Writing about the local real estate market is a means of exposing yourself - both through the search engines and to readers. The more I write, the more my personality shows - for better or worse.
